Is it possible to arrange for a larger one time fee, rather than a percentage of future business?

Yes, it is possible. However, it will be far more difficult to interest us in accepting the project, because our experience though is that our long-term involvement with a project eventually leads to the highest total turnover between two companies for several reasons.

First of all, the first 6 months of a business relationship is the time during which the majority of unforeseen situations must be addressed. Generally our business partners prefer that we remain involved during this time. And it is during this work intensive beginning that we are able to make our recommendations and help suggest business systems that automate the relationship as much as possible.

After the business relationship has begun and seems to run smoothly, our role becomes far less active, however by remaining connected, we have been able to many times to recognize potential problem situations before they become problems. And this is possible only through our continued involvement.

In which countries do you operate?

Although we have operated in certain countries more than others and in some countries not at all, we are not limited to a specific list of countries.

Each client is seeking something unique in their business expansion, and different markets afford what they might be looking for, be it a highly educated population, or low income disparity, or advanced women’s rights, etc. We help you devise a strategy to achieve your expansion goals so that the correct question becomes “Into which market are you interested in expanding?”
